Show Intro on the track progress bar
In addition or as a replacement, show a different color of progress bar and pointer to the intro time set on a track. just like the outro and segue.

Maybe colourise the cart play window during an intro segment. Similar to the when you can enable an indicator, either flash or static colour, 30 seconds before end.
